Well， I live with my parents in a town not far from here. It's a new town really， built after the war about 30 years ago. Most people work in the new industries in the area， but many also commute to work in the bigger cities nearby. My mum's in sales， and my dad's an engineer， but I want to be a teacher at university when I'm older!
I was telling you about where I live - we've only lived there for a couple of years. It used to be my grandpa's house. It was built in the 1950s， so it's fairly modern really - for a house! It's actually a semi-detached house - that's a British thing really. We live in a block of flats because there's no room on the land to build houses. What about you? Where do you live?
